Emergency Preparedness for Church Volunteers

This 2-hour course is designed for churches with volunteers. The course highlights church Safety and Security and Emergency Preparedness policy and procedures. Church emergencies range in scope and size from medical emergencies, lost or missing children, fires, severe storms and natural disasters to significant acts of violence including robbery and active shooter.

It is a fact that the immediate response actions of trained personnel during emergencies reduce risk and harm to the congregation and can save lives. It is therefore imperative that church volunteers are trained periodically on church policy related to emergency preparedness to ensure they react quickly and efficiently to implement emergency response protocols when an emergency occurs or when prompted by an evil or criminal intent.

This is an informative and valuable presentation for all church volunteer assignments.
